Multi Trader Location: South East London Salary: GBP34,000 - GBP36,000 per year Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Job type: Full-time, permanent Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for an experienced Carpenter/Multi-Trader and Plumber/Multi-Trader to join their ever-expanding team. A van and fuel card are provided and all the work is within the commercial industry. Responsibilities of the Multi-Trader: · Subject Matter Expert on specific qualified trade (carpenter, plumbing) · React to maintenance tasks throughout London and South East and further · Maintenance works, covering clientele base (retail and government). Fault finding and providing solution where necessary · Undertake maintenance works and ensure they meet KPS high standards · Undertake PPMs · Ensure 1st time fix occurs 80% of all jobs · Responsible for the correct procurement of materials for works to be carried out. · Liaise with clients to ensure their satisfaction with works carried out · To carry out risk assessments on site on a regular basis · To ensure that all works are carried out under the Health & Safety guidelines in conjunction with Health & Safety Requirements · Provide work reports with detailed scopes of works · Provide technical expertise to allow quotes to be produced on time · Assist in the on-call rota system Requirements of the Multi-Trader: · Clean driving licence · CSCS card · NVQ level 2 in Carpentry or Plumbing as core trade · Time served minimum 3 years · Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure · Fluent English Speaking · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Excellent customer communication skills · Own Tools If you feel like you meet the above criteria for the Multi-Trader role, then please apply now
