Are you a skilled and dedicated maintenance Multi Trader looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? We're seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team and help maintain social housing properties to the highest standards.

Position: Multi Trader

Location: Hayes, West London

Salary: Equivalent to £43k per year

Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours

Responsibilities for the Multi Trader role:

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.


• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.


• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.


• Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.


• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Requirements for the Multi Trader role:

• Proven experience as a maintenance Multi Trader.


• Strong Multi Trade skills and ability to complete maintenance repairs.


• Good communication and customer service skills.


• Valid driver's licence.

Qualifications for the Multi Trader role:

• NVQ Certification or training in related field.


• Experience working in social housing or similar environments.
