We are seeking a dedicated General All-Round Multi-Trade Worker to join our team and provide top-quality service across various properties in Orpington, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, carpentry, painting, basic plumbing and general handyman duties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage your time efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in various trades are a plus.
