Pay Rate: £20.90 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 37 Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Role Length: This opening assignment is for 3-4 months

As an MTO Trade Operative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and general repairs. This role requires a full driving license, as you will be required to travel between properties within the designated areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointments are kept with residents.
Achievement of required production levels.
Minimal recalls, good quality work.
Excellent communication with residents, internal and external suppliers.
Positive customer feedback received.
Take ownership of work, and aim for ‘First Time Fix’ on all jobs, within budget and time parameters.
Work in progress (WIP) is kept to a minimum.
Ensure the safe, effective use of tools and plant ensuring they are regularly maintained and serviced.
Materials / Van stock is managed efficiently.
