Multi Trade Operative

We are seeking an experienced Multi Traders based in Somerset and surrounding areas to join an already established team, primarily working on Social Housing properties, these will be a mixture of occupied and voids.

Main Duties:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Painting
• Plastering
• Patching
• Tiling
• Kitchen Fitting
• Bathroom Fitting
• Planned and Reactive Repairs

A van and fuel card will be provided for professional use only, these are temp to perm positions, an initial 12 week probationary period will be undertaken before a permanent position is offered. These are roles with real scope to develop further with true progression opportunities.
