Purdy Contracts Ltd, part of Kinovo Plc, have opportunities for experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join our team covering South London and areas in and around the M25.As a Multi Trader you will be working on our responsive maintenance/void contracts for social housing providers.The main purpose of the role is to deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner whilst providing a first class service to our customers and clients.Skilled in: CarpentryPlumbingTilingPlasteringPainting and DecoratingMinor brickworksGeneral building skillsGroundworks You will: Have experience of working on planned maintenance and reactive emergency works (Local Authority/Social Housing sector including occupied homes and voids a distinct advantage.)A full UK driving licence (company van and uniform provided)A professional and flexible approach to your working day.
