Multi Trade Operative

We are currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative in the South Birmingham area to complete work for a well established housing association.This position is working on Void properties in the social housing sector.
As the Multi Trade Operative you will be responsible for:

• Carpentry repairs - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
• Basic plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
• Plastering
• Tiling
• Painting

The successful Multi Trade Operative will:

• Will have their own van
• Have relevant social housing experience.

Some benefits the Multi Trade Operative will receive:

• �21-�22 per hour (Self Employed payment basis available)
• Weekly payments
• Rolling contract
