Multi Trade Operative

A new opportunity has arisen to work for a national contractor for a Multi Trade Operative on a permanent basis paying £36,000 + A compulsory 1 week on call per month paid at a standby and hourly rate) with potential earnings of £40k+. The successful Multi Trader will be required to complete reactive maintenance within properties and communal areas in London. The successful Multi Trader must be willing to travel however you the aim will be to keep you as local to your home as possible.

Pay Rate:
* £36k Basic
* inclusive of a compulsory 7 nights Out of Hours emergency cover per month, paid at a standby and hourly rate with potential earnings of £40k+.

Multi Trade Skills required:
* Multi Trade Duties
* Carpentry / Plumbing
* Tiling
* Basic Plastering
* Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification
* UPVC repairs and maintenance
* Double glazed unit replacement
* Carpentry such as kitchen repairs, hanging doors etc
* Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.

Qualifications Required:
* Basic DBS Check

You will be supplied with:
* Company branded van
* Fuel card
* PDA
