Multi Trade Operative

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Multi Trade Operatives to work for a Contractor based in Essex on a permanent basis offering a salary of �34,000 with potential earnings of up to �37,000 per annum. The successful Multi Trade Candidate will be able to work in occupied properties carrying out reactive repairs.
Location:
* Essex (SS / CM / RM / IG Postcodes)
Working hours
* 08:00am to 17:00pm
You will be required to:
* Multi Trade to complete a variety of trades such as Plumbing, Carpentry, Decorating, Tiling, and Plastering and Painting
* Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, occupied.
* Provide your own basic hand and power tools.
* Optional out of hours.
* Have experience working within social housing properties.
You will be supplied with:
* Company van
* Fuel card
You must:
* Have use of a smartphone. Jobs will be supplied via an App, BYOD paid at �20.00 a month.
