Responsibilities:Completing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, bricklaying and decorating (as applicable) to a high standard and in line with company standards and specification whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record workMaintaining appropriate van stock and ensuring orders are placed with suppliers and comply with the group specificationsParticipating in out of hours (OOH) standby coverRequirements: Full UK Driving Licence (manual)Benefits:A company van, phone and fuel card (work use only)If you have recent experience within a reactive repairs role servicing social housing, please apply or contact Leah Sparkes.LON123
