Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Trade Operative with Carpentery experience to join our client's construction team on a temporary contract to permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various construction tasks, focusing on Carpentery works, while demonstrating proficiency in other trades as well. Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing and carpentry tasks. Carry out additional multi-trade duties such as basic plumbing, tiling, painting, and minor electrical work. Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks. Report any issues, concerns, or potential improvements to the site supervisor.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative with a strong emphasis on carpentry works. Proficiency in additional construction trades is desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to diverse tasks. Solid understanding of construction procedures and practices. Commitment to working safely and following health and safety guidelines. Own reliable tools and transportation to commute to various construction sites. Relevant certifications or qualifications in carpentry and other trades are advantageous.
