Multi Trade Carpenter Duties & Responsibilities:
Carry out maintenance repairs and refurbishment/installation projectsacross client sites in and around London and South East Counties
Some element of Multi Trades is good; General painting & decorating, basic tiling etc
Working in a more commercial environment, including Commercial Offices, Retail Outlets including clothing stores and many others.
Maintaining paper work and keeping log books up to date where required
Issuing permits to work and overseeing sub contractors on site
Liaising with the client and reporting to the Contracts Manager
