Multi Trade Carpenter

I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Carpenter to join an West of Essex based contractor on a temporary basis. A Basic DBS Check will need to be carried out for the successful Operative. My client is looking for an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter with experience in social housing.
This is a great chance for a Multi Trade Carpenter join a growing repairs and maintenance team with long term opportunities.
You will be required to:
* Complete carpentry repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
* Be customer focused
* Have social housing experience
Pay Rate:
* �21.00p/h (umbrella rate)
Hours:
* 37.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)
You will be supplied with:
* A van
* Fuel card
* PDA System
