Job DescriptionTop ranking Multi Strategy Hedge Fund seeks to a attract a Senior Corporate Accounting Manager to join its growing Finance department.The fund is large and complex in its trading model, with this hire managing multiple legal entity structures. The role will engage with key senior stakeholders across the fund, with daily visibility to c-suite.The role reports directly into the CFO.Key duties will include but not limited to;Run all monthly close across the fund and all its entities.Lead all accounting operations of the fund including daily activities, month end close, quarterly, annually and bespoke reporting. Preparation of financial statements.Management and delivery of annual audits. Lead on quarterly and annual regulatory fillings. Accounting research and analysis including consolidation reviews, investment monitoring and significant business transactions.Relationship owner of all external corporate service providers Assist tax with transfer pricing review and strategy, tax analysis and forecasting. Lead projects to continuously increase efficiency and mitigate risk.Fully qualified, with experience in management accounting and understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles in complex trading environments is a key requirement for the role.Interest in working at a growing hedge fund with the opportunity of progression and a steep learning curve is equally desired alongside relevant accounting experience.
