Multi Skilled Worker

Building Careers UK are looking for a versatile Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a dynamic company based in Manchester.
In this role, you will:
* Complete responsive repairs in tenanted properties, including Joinery, Plumbing, Tiling and Plastering.
* Install and repair a variety of fixtures, fittings, and household components.
* Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of maintenance issues efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tenant satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong Core Trade skill as a foundation. - Time served or NVQ / City and Guilds
* Demonstrable proficiency in plumbing, tiling, painting, and plastering etc
* Full Clean Driving License
