Permanent position -
Responsibilities:
plastering
studwork
drylining and plaster-boarding
wall tiling
laying vinyl flooring
bricklaying/rendering
To be considered for the role you will need to have
Ability to diagnose and undertake a repair works to domestic properties and surrounding hard areas including specifying materials required and the ability to undertake works in accordance with training and good industry practice.
Work within known deadlines.
Competent in the use of smart phone technology and PDAs, including the ability to send and receive email, calendar appointments, documents, photograph s
and for work scheduling purposes.
The ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues
and others daily both verbally and digitally.
Work as part of a team and as a lone worker
Good knowledge and understanding of Social Housing sector
Full Driving licence and own tools
