Multi Skilled Tradesman - Birmingham

Experienced Multi Tradesmen required to carry out reactive and planned repairs for a commercial property in the Solihull area.

I am looking for a skilled and dedicated Multi Tradesman to work with on a commercial property in the Solihull area. As a Multi Tradesman, you will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of plumbing, carpentry, plastering and general repairs.

Responsibilities:

To perform various repairs and installations alongside other tradesmen. This will include carrying out tasks such as bathroom repairs and installations, carpentry and patch plastering.

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and health and safety guidelines.

Communicate effectively with tenants and colleagues to understand repair requirements and provide exceptional customer service.

Start date: ASAP

Location: Solihull

Hours: 37.5 hours Monday - Friday

Duration: Temp to Perm

Pay rate: �18 - �19 P/H (CIS or Umbrella)

Requirements:

• City & Guilds or NVQ in a relevant trade
• 3 years minimum trade experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
• The ability to pass a DBS test
