Multi Skilled Plumber

Resourcing Group are aiding some of our most established FM and Maintenance Contractors to find a Multi Trade Plumber based in the Somerset Region covering a wide range of tasks from Void refurbishments to responsive repairs.

The ideal candidate will have a background in social housing maintenance with relevant level 3 NVQ in Plumbing, other qualifications in various trades would be advantageous however not required.

Duties will include;

• Reactive and Responsive Repairs
• Planned Maintenance
• Bathroom Fitting
• Rip-Out
• Tiling
• Travel to Various Sites

This is a contract position initially for a 12 week period with scope to go onto the books following this. These are very well established contractors with real opportunity to gain new experience and promotions
