Role: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Holiday Cover, Ongoing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnosing and solving problems efficiently.
• Collaborate with site teams to monitor plant performance and ensure equipment reliability.
• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems, depending on your specialism.

Requirements:

• Electrically Biased Technicians: Must have confidence in PLC fault finding.
• Mechanically Biased Technicians: Strong mechanical maintenance skills.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in the food or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environments.
• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, both days and nights.

Shift Details:

• Shifts will be assigned monthly based on the holiday cover schedule.
• Mix of 12-hour day and night shifts.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay rates between �20ph and �30ph, depending on the shift and whether paid via CIS or PAYE.
