Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

A talented Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer is needed to join our team at SPA Ltd. based in Twickenham. You will be provided with a company van and multiple benefits to excel in this role.

We are a highly successful commercial maintenance company with a 20-year history of working for well-known property managers such as Colliers, Workman, MJ Mapp and Savills, amongst others.

You are not expected to be an ‘expert’ in everything. You will be encouraged to develop skills and specialisation. Our engineers pursue those areas that interest them, be that roofing, groundwork, plumbing, carpentry etc.

About the Role

We are based in Twickenham, South West London, but we have sites throughout central London as well as inside and outside the M25 area, so whilst some travel to the depot is needed, the location is relatively flexible.

About Us

Our company provides reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and refurbishment services to large commercial buildings, retail centres and industrial sites throughout London and the South East. Our company has also recently launched an Electronic vehicle charger installation service.

Key Responsibilities:

Working directly with the chief engineer, you will be responsible for general building fabric works on commercial buildings
Small groundwork, painting, Lock changes, Basic plumbing
A good ‘all-rounder’ who is prepared to find solutions to problems
Working initially in a two-man team for training until confident of being able to carry out lone work when appropriate
