Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

TS Recruitment are working with a leading facilities management company based in Berkshire who are now actively recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

You will be responsible for managing both planned preventative maintenance and reactive duties for commercial properties.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in building services, property services, or facilities management.


• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.


• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, even under pressure.


• Possession of a Level 2 qualification in air conditioning/refrigeration.
