My Client a FMCG Manufacturer is currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their team.  The ideal Candidate will be electrically biased and will have experience working in fast paced manufacturing environments.  You will be joining a large team of engineers and will enjoy a role that is multifaceted and provides variety over the course of each shift

The Multi Skilled Maintenace Engineer role will involve:

• Keep machinery working to the designed output efficiency
• Dismantle and re-assemble all production equipment
• Electrical, instrumentation and mechanical maintenance
• Regular PPM and scheduled maintenance and improvement works

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Skills / Experience Required:

• Engineering experience in an automated/semi-automated FMCG type manufacturing environment is essential.
• Time served Engineering NVQ or City & Guilds apprenticeship qualification.
• HNC/HND in Electromechanical engineering or equivalent desirable but not essential.
• Multiskilled experience with Electrical Bias essential
• Understanding of pneumatic and mechanical systems 

Shift Pattern:

The role is Days and Nights working a 2, 2, 3 shift pattern (2 days on, 2 days off 3 Nights on) which means that the successful candidate will have every other weekend off
 
Salary and Benefits:
