Location: Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 1QU.

Salary: �40,000

Due to our client's rapid growth, we're looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to come on board and work for a large food manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative team based in Worcestershire.

Responsibilities

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• To identify areas of poor equipment performance, and work with the Lead Technician to implement improvements in a controlled and measurable fashion.
• To ensure, in conjunction with Technical Management, that all engineering interventions provide for safe food production.
• Must be competent to conduct Preventative Maintenance activities to a very high standard and be able to record and relay findings and identify methods of improvement.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure equipment issues are resolved.
• Understand and use safe working practices.

Experience

We're looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with:

• Someone with a qualification such as Level 3 BTEC/NVQ Electrical qualification.
• Knowledge and experience of maintenance preferably in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Has a strong background in maintenance within a food manufacturing environment.
• Ideally, experience with PLC software.
• Experience in machinery maintenance and fault diagnoses.
