Shift: Any Five from Seven - 22:00pm-06:00am.
Job Description
Uphold, develop and deliver robust Asset care through professional maintenance
Participate in RCA on machinery failures and put 100 year fix in place
Conduct PPM's as requested and align with manufacturers recommendations through the use of a CMMS (Shire)
Support and work with processes developed to maintain stock levels.
Follow all company policies and procedures
Ensure production runs as effectively as possible
Work collaboratively with other departments
Day to day maintenance of manufacturing equipment and site services
Carry out fault finding, using recognised diagnostic techniques
Have a positive contribution to planned and preventative maintenance
Maximise equipment reliability and performance
Respond to internal customer needs to maximise production run time according to given priorities
Comply with food safety standards and controls to ensure all work is carried out correctly and safely
Complete all necessary documentation ensuring that it is kept accurate and is audit ready
