Multi Skilled Joiner

We're excited to work with one of our esteemed clients, a leading provider of social housing maintenance services, to recruit for the role of a Mutil Skilled Joiner. The successful candidate will service properties across the Manchester and Lancashire Area.

You will be required to work on tenanted properties to complete responsive maintenance and repairs.

A successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience within social housing and working with the public.
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• NVQ or equivalent in Joinery

The overall purpose for this role is to find someone who can:

• Plumbing (remove and refix radiators/bathroom suites)
• Plastering (all types of plastering/rendering)
• Tiling
• Joinery (skirting & architraves/internal doors/new kitchens
• Driving a company van that is provided.
• Using a PDA system
