Multi skilled Engineer

Multi Skilled Engineer required for our client. Our client, a leading business providing a wide range of building maintenance and facilities management services to commercial, industrial, and public sector clients, is looking to bring on a new Multi Skilled Engineer due to internal company changes. The Multi Skilled Engineer would be able to travel in and around London due to the majority of the clients work being located there.

The Multi Skilled Engineer will be expected to perform planned maintenance work on void or occupied properties in the London area. They will be servicing and repairing faults within the properties assigned to them with the use of their own tools (power and hand).

The ideal Multi Skilled Engineer would have minimum 3 years experience in a similar role prior to this and would be plumbing bias holding a relevant level 2 qualification minimum.

Multi skilled Engineer Position Requirements

• Qualified plumber (minimum City and Guilds / level 2 NVQ)
• Certified in Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling
• Excellent Health and Safety knowledge
• Valid UK driving license
• Holds a Valid CSCS card
• Experience within a similar position within a maintenance environment (min 3 years)
• Experience and be competent in secondary trades (tiling, decorating, carpentry, handy man works)

Multi skilled Engineer Position Remuneration

• Basic Salary between �35,000 - �38,000
• Overtime
• 1 in 4 call out rota
• 28 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays)
