This Multi Skilled Engineer role is perfect for a dedicated and skilled individual who thrives on problem-solving, maintenance and optimisation in an Industrial / Manufacturing environment. The role is based in Wetherby and will require a hands-on approach to support the Engineering & Manufacturing department.

Description

• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers and field representatives as necessary to procure replacement parts
• Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected
• Work with teams to observe discrepancies in production process, provide suggestions for improvements and implement efficiency measures
• Abide by all health and safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment
• Work on automation systems to increase production efficiency
• Assist in future expansion plans and equipment installation
• Prepare and deliver reports detailing all machine servicing activities

Profile

A successful Multi Skilled Engineer should have:

• Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and equipment
• A recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience working with automated systems
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
• Commitment to health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required

Job Offer

• �39,500 + Overtime
• OT at 1.5 hours and double time for weekends
