Multi Skilled Engineer

Working a 4 on and 4 off /night shift pattern, the key aspects of this role include;

Support & coach Engineering & Technician teams 

Review the effectiveness of Planned Maintenance tasks and that adequate number of critical spares available.

Drive maintenance improvement via continuous improvement 

Report plant performance /ensure operational key information is effectively communicated 

Contractor management

Project Management (inc Capex expenditure)

Continually monitor plant conditions and report defects

Previous skills & experience 

Engineering experience and knowledge of process FMCG equipment

Formal engineering qualifications

Understanding of Food Hygiene / H&S

Project management experience 

Previous multi skilled engineer experience
