You will be playing a vital role in the business, as you will be located on-site at Haywards Heath and Horsham, therefore having your own transport is essential, as you will need to travel between sites.Duties:Overseeing the management of 2 storesKey holderDealing with customer enquiriesTraining and developing staffSupporting seasonal recruitmentInventory managementRegular stock managementAssisting with merchandising and window displaysGeneral administrationPerson Specification:Previous retail management experienceExcellent customer service skills and business acumenProfessional and personable mannerAble to work under pressure and to timescalesExcellent communication and organisational skillsPositive attitudeHours of work will be Monday to Saturday (38 hours per week) however during peak times you will be required to work additional hours on a Saturday/Sunday but on a rota basis, so flexibility is paramount.Due to the client's location having your own transport would be beneficial.This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who would like to work for an expanding but well-established company in the UK.
