If you’re looking to join a forward-thinking culture, we want you to be part of the exciting journey with us.Locations you will cover: Kenton, Watford, BeaconsfieldWhat do you need to succeed as a Multi-Site Supervisor?Friendly telephone mannerCommitted to delivering exceptional customer service and eager to assistProficient in meeting and exceeding performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Proactive and positive outlook, consistently seeking solutionsEnthusiastic about continuous learning and expanding product expertiseDemonstrates effective leadership abilitiesHolds a valid driver's license (You will need to operate a van.)What does the Multi-Site Supervisor role involve?Covering multiple sites, you will drive the strategy at a regional level, ensuring revenue growth, profitability and customer loyaltyYou will execute sales plans, raising new orders and developing customer pipelinesYou'll champion all services promoting cross selling opportunityYou will drive commerciality and local business building plans within the sites to review KPI performance and create supporting action where requiredYou will act commercially, explore new opportunities, income streams and routes to market!
