As we embark on our journey of international expansion, we seek dedicated individuals who share our passion for perfection and our vision for growth.Position overview:As the Multi-site Retail Operations Coordinator, you will serve as the linchpin of our international retail operations, orchestrating a symphony of activities to ensure the flawless functioning of our stores. Your role will encompass the management and/or coordination of various internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, maintenance personnel, and logistics providers. You will provide support to a variety of functions such as VM and other store-related initiatives to maintain brand consistency across our international locations.Key responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple international retail locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and operational protocols. Support store managers in handling operational challenges and provide assistance as needed.Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, maintenance teams, and logistics partners. Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and relevant matters ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Coordinate and schedule regular and extraordinary activities, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations in international settings. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to address issues promptly and ensure store excellence.Support VM and store-related initiatives, collaborating with store managers and regional teams to implement brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency. Provide support to the Retail Team and guidance / assistance to store managers in day-to-day operations and special initiatives.Assist in logistics operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and coordination of supply chain activities across international borders. Optimise inventory levels and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods to stores.Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and operational efficiencies on an international scale.
