Multi Lingual Analyst

Our prestigious client is currently recruiting for anEnglish/French/Italian/Spanish Analyst to join our client’s internal IThelpdesk on a 6 month maternity cover.Job DescriptionThe position is for a 6 month maternity cover – with a view of goingpermanent or the contract being extended.The candidate needs to speak English and Italian fluently, and French andSpanish to business level, possess excellent customer serviceskills/pleasant personality, be able to commute for set shifts of07:00-15:30, 08:00-16:30 or 09:00-17:30 (not put off by the journey/shiftpattern/idea of working bank holidays), be familiar with an officeenvironment and committed to remain the full duration of the 6 monthcontract.The successful candidate would be joining a very friendly Team of 7 Analystsand we work in an open office of 16 (sharing the space with the second linesupport Analysts). Full training will be provided over a 2-3 week period andthe successful candidate will then shadow our current Analysts before goinglive.
