Multi Carpenter/ Tradesman

Multi Skilled Tradesman / Kitchen Fitter requried to work with leading housing associations maintenance team based in Glasgow.

My client requires an experienced and professional carpenter/multi skilled tradesman to work on their kitchen and bathroom upgrade project based on void and tenanted social housing properites in Toryglen Glasgow. This is an 6 month contract.

Work will include:

• 2nd fix carpentery work
• Basic other trades work
• Kitchen rip outs and refits

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant trade
• Full UK driving licence
• NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant trade

Pay rate: �17 - �18 per hour

Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday

Duration: Minimum 6 months work but can be longer
