We serve people that are often overlooked by financial services companies, solving important problems for people who need it most.The Role As a Motor Engineer Technical Support, you will be working closely with our existing in-house Engineers. Your responsibilities will include analysing each claim and making decision on best course for claim, ensuring repairable cases are authorised within SLA at best commercial terms for the business, and responding to internal/external technical queries in a timely and professional manner.Job Requirements We are looking for someone with knowledge or an understanding of industry repair estimating systems, relevant trade experience in vehicle repairs, and experience of working in or with a Motor Engineering department environment or in a VDA role.
