Enable are partnered with a Loss Adjusting Firm who are looking for a Motor Claims Handler for their Liverpool or Leeds office. You will have experience in RTA, PI, or Motor Claims. On a daily basis you will manage a portfolio of complex claims investigations cradle to grave including actioning internal loss adjusters, stakeholder updating and policy coverage review/consultation.
What you'll be doing?
• Servicing Motor and RTA claims alongside field based surveyors and field engineers.
• Review and manage policyholder cover disputes to suitable outcomes.
• Negotiate settlement of claims ensuring correct action is taken at a value of upto 100k.
• Assist in the management of pre litigation of claims.
• Handle all claims in accordance with compliance and procedure.
• As a brand ambassador and technical claims expert offer industry leading customer service.
What you'll need to apply?
• Experience of handling Motor, RTA and Personal Injury claims up to £100,000.
• Full UK driving License.
