We are once again closely working with our industry leading client within the Accident Management space. They specialise in supporting drivers after an accident, arranging a replacement vehicle and repairs to be carried out as quickly as possible!
In the role you will speak to and assist customers who have been involved in a non-fault accident, providing clients with amazing service and helping them to the best of your ability.
The role as a Motor Claims Handler
* Checking evidence and making a decision on liability.
* Arranging for a replacement vehicle.
* Placing their current vehicle into a garage or determining if it's a total loss.
* Recording data accurately onto the CRM system.
What we are looking for in a Motor Claims Handler
* Experience working in a fast paced environment
* Experience within Motor Claims would be advantageous
* A team player
* Dynamic and results driven individual
