What will you be doing as a Motor Claims Handler:
Working as part of an established team you will be dealing with all aspects of Motor Claims from first notification. Duties will include:
� Handling first notification motor claims
� Managing a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
� Effectively prioritising and managing your own claims portfolio (to final settlement if experienced
� Acting as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
� Identifying and referring fraudulent activity
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
� Previous experience in a similar Motor Claims Handler role with handling first notification
� Either hold a CII Certificate or willing to work towards this
� Excellent attention to detail
� Strong customer care skills with active listening skills
� General Excel skills
