we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for enhanced 40-hour contract following your leader approvalDue to continued growth in this area of the business, we have some exciting opportunities available in our Personal Lines Motor Claims Team!Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have an empathetic customer service style, providing brilliant service to every customer you speak to? If so, we’d love to hear from you. These are permanent roles and will involve shift patterns covering the hours of 8.00am to 6.15pm (Monday – Friday)A bit about the jobYour role will be to support our customers through the journey of making a motor claim. They may need support with provision of a replacement vehicle, or an update on their vehicle repairs. You need to gather the right and relevant information and work proactively on the claim to ensure we minimise the inconvenience to their daily lives. You will need to juggle multiple tasks at pace, utilising a range of digital systems, in a heavily telephony based role, and be comfortable making quick decisions to get the right outcome for our customers.Please click on the video link for an insight on how we help our customers at their times of need:
