An esteemed consulting firm is in search of several Motor Finance Remediation Specialists to join a pivotal project within a UK Bank.
We are in need of candidates possessing the following proficiencies:
Experience as a Complaint Handler or in Quality Assurance
Profound Motor Finance Knowledge
Extensive Experience in Remediation Exercises
Knowledge of FOS and FCA guidelines and regulations knowledge relating to Motor Finance
Demonstrated Project Management Expertise
Preferably, we seek project or program managers with 2+ years of recent involvement in motor finance or remediation projects. However, individuals who are subject matter experts in Motor Finance or Motor Finance Remediation, ranging from Manager to Director level, are equally welcomed.
