We’re currently looking for a passionate Motion Graphics innovator to join our team. This is a full time, permanent role. York based.

We're a thriving employee engagement consultancy, powering conversations for leading brands across the globe. We’re looking for someone to join our growing film department. Working across motion graphics and animation, we’re looking for a talented Motion Graphic Artist with flare and style.
Is this you?
A Motion Graphic Artist with a passion for telling compelling, visually interesting stories. This role will bring client stories and messages to life by combining motion graphics, animation, design and audio into standout films that engage, excite and educate audiences.
The ideal candidate is an intelligent storyteller and dynamic creative who is excellent to work with, has the skills to think laterally and conceptually to bring briefs to life. You are someone with exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with outstanding expertise in After Effects and knowledge of Premiere Pro.
You will have worked in film and motion graphics for three plus years, preferably in an agency setting, and will have proven experience in; Devising, collaborating and delivering creative motion graphics and VFX solutions to a highly professional standard, applying your complete technical awareness and creative expertise to every job.
Working within a large team you’ll collaborate with not only the film team but also creative directors, designers, copywriters, consultants and PM’s to deliver best in class creative concepts.

What you’ll do:
See projects through from brief to delivery.
Deconstruct creative briefs into visual concepts.
Storyboard, design, and animate to create standout film content to engages and inspires.
Generate and pitch great ideas / concepts that are on strategy and adhere to client’s visual guidelines.
Independently execute approved concepts on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Work in a multi-disciplinary team with writers, editors, graphic designers and a client services team.
Collaborate, document and communicate proactively throughout the work cycle. Review content, incorporate feedback and ensure work meets agency standards. Constantly strive for new, better and more innovative solutions.
Your skills and experience:
We’d like you to tick as many of the below off as possible but remember that you don’t have to match 100% of these bullets – we’re looking for an individual that fits our business well as much as we are the most skilled and experienced.
3+ years of professional experience.
Expertise in motion graphics and animation is mandatory.
Ability to tell stories through original animation.
Comprehensive working knowledge of motion graphics principles, VFX software and plug-ins, as well as experience in working with sound to support and enhance animations.
A strong base in graphic design principles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Illustration skills (especially digital, vector-based).
Strong portfolio and showreel showcasing a clean design aesthetic.
Expert fluency on a Mac platform Adobe Creative Suite. Especially After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of 3D tools and software a plus (e.g. Cinema4D, Blender, Maya).
Experience using collaborative team communication and project management applications such as Trello & MS.
