Motion Graphic Designer (UI/UX/Web)

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer with a focus on UI/UX and web design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion design, coupled with a keen understanding of user interface and experience principles, as well as proficiency in web design concepts. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning and highly engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.
Work closely with the design and development teams to conceptualize and execute UI/UX animations that enhance user interactions and overall user experience.
Create prototypes and interactive demos to communicate design concepts and demonstrate motion design solutions.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and web developers to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into the overall design framework.
Apply web design principles to ensure motion graphics are optimized for web delivery, including considerations for performance and accessibility.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion design, UI/UX, web design, and interactive technologies.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design guidelines and standards for motion graphics and animations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia Design, Web Design, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphics design, with a focus on UI/UX and web design.
Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar tools.
Demonstrated expertise in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
Strong understanding of web design principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Solid portfolio showcasing previous work in motion graphics, UI/UX design, and web design.
Relevant experience in the tech industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Ability to work on-site full-time in our London office.
