Our client is an award-winning creative production agency in London with an enviable client list. They now have an opening for a midweight designer to come in and hone your motion design and animation skills across some brilliant brands, in an agency full of energy and passion!
Role Overview:
As a Midweight Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing their clients' visions to life through compelling motion graphics and animations. Reporting directly to the Lead Motion Designer, you will collaborate closely with the creative team to produce engaging content that captivates audiences across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Dive deep into client briefs alongside their creative crew, brainstorming and brewing up innovative design concepts and ideas.
Bring those concepts to life with top-notch motion graphics and animations across DRTV, social media, and online video platforms.
Living inside Adobe After Effects, using your wizard-like skills to conjure up visually stunning motion graphics and animations.
Master the art of Maxon plugins like Trapcode to sprinkle that extra bit of magic onto their motion graphics projects.
Use 3D software, including Cinema 4D and Redshift, to enhance motion graphics.
Meet project deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Take ownership of assigned projects, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence throughout the production process.
Requirements:
Essential:
You are a talented motion designer with 2-4 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar environment.
The Adobe Suite is your playground, where After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator are your trusty companions in every creative journey.
Experience with popular Maxon plugins, such as Trapcode, to enhance motion graphics.
Strong creative thinking skills, with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Comfortable working on Mac platforms.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels.
A proactive attitude towards personal and professional development, with a hunger to expand skills and knowledge.
Desirable:
Experience in using Cinema 4D and Redshift for 3D animation and rendering.
Previous experience in producing content for DRTV, social media, and online video media.
This agency are in their London office 4 days a week, with flexibility around the days.
