Offer professional and impartial mortgage & protection adviceAdvise on life cover, critical illness cover, income cover and family income benefit ensuring customers are fully protectedProvide excellent customer service, guiding customers through their mortgage journeyMaintain comprehensive market knowledge and adhere to relevant compliance requirements and FCA regulationsLiaise with lenders, estate agents, introducers and solicitors when required to ensure a smooth process for the customer from start to finish - About You:
Ambitious, confident, and proactivePassionate about providing exceptional customer serviceAt least 1 year experience providing regulated mortgage adviceFull CeMAP or CII qualifications or equivalent - In Return:
