Basic salary to £18,000, OTE £25,000 – £30,000, guaranteed bonus, Pension, DIS Overview: An opportunity for an individual with telephone sales experience to join one of the best-known estate agency chains in the Kent area, contacting new clients to review their mortgage arrangements Main Duties: An excellent opportunity for an individual possessing telephone sales experience to join one of Kent’s best-known estate agency chains as a mortgage lead generator in the Medway area. Contacting and building relationships with clients varying from warm leads (including existing clients and estate agency referrals). You will be required to book in quality appointments to the experienced in-house mortgage broker, who will offer advice on mortgages and protection business. Liaising with both the clients and the mortgage brokers to ensure a smooth and seamless process of securing additional mortgage and protection business. Key Skills: Previous sales experience is essentially ideally within a telephone sales role. Excellent customer service experience along with the ability to build trust and relationships with the clients. Good organisation skills along with a good knowing of Microsoft packages. Self-motivated and target driven is also essential. Previous mortgage knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential.
