Mortgage Advisor

The Company:-
This company is a directly authorised, mortgage advisor firm based in Somerset. They are looking for an advisor to help, and eventually take over the business. You will be provided strong, organic leads every week. You will be able to bring across your own clients for a market-leading split, with leads provided by the company to boost this- all on hybrid flexibility.
Responsibilities as a Mortgage Advisor;
* Providing impartial advice to all customers on mortgage and protection products
* Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
* Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
Experience required as a Mortgage Advisor;
* CeMAP qualified.
* 2 years experience as a mortgage advisor is essential.
* Must be self-generating at least 50% of your business with clients you're able to bring
Benefits as a Mortgage Advisor;
* 80/20 split on self-gen
* 60/40 on leads provided, 2-4 leads per week
* Hybrid position, max 2 days a week in office
* Admin support option available for busy pipe-line
* Parking paid for by company
