Mortgage Advisor

A HNW mortgage brokerage based in the City of London is looking to take on a handful of advisors over the coming months.

They have a large database of introducers, including private banking and wealth firms, and they are looking for somebody to form and manage a relationship with the introducers, servicing the HNW clients.

The role is fully remote but you will be required to attend a sales meeting once a month in London, please make sure you can commit to the commute. As relationship management is key here, you must also be prepared to occasionally meet introducers/clients around the area.

The Leads;

- Their leads are high quality and are often HNW/UHNW, including large commercial/development finance cases - they aren't just from EAs.

- They are truly whole-of-market, including a lot of private banks.

- You'll be provided with introducers to manage relationships in order to keep leads flowing in.

- Alongside the leads provided, you will be expected to do some self-generating/bring some clients.

Commission;

- 50% / 50% split on leads provided. 70% commission for any business that the mortgage broker self-generates (including the leads from the introducers you manage).

- They charge a broker fee based on a percentage of around 1.1% of the loan size - with the leads being HNW, you can make a lot of money with this system.

- You can expect to earn 70k-100k + with this company, higher if you incorporate your own clients/self-generated business.

Experience Required;

- You must CURRENTLY be a mortgage advisor, no breaks in experience or job hopping.

- 18 month minimum experience as a qualified mortgage broker working in a whole of market role
