Commission: £10.5k Validation then 40%
OTE £90k - £100k

All leads Provided – No self-generation required
Quarterly Advisor gatherings
Self Employed also available if desired

Working remotely across the UK, the team offer in-depth market knowledge and advice to their clients in their local area.
The Mortgage Advisor Role
As a Mortgage Advisor for the Brokerage, you will be covering branches in Newcastle, Durham, and Northumberland. You'll be provided with an abundance of leads, and offer fee free advice, guiding clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage loans tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.
Your role will involve assessing clients' eligibility, researching mortgage options, offering sound advice, and facilitating the application and approval process, as support, you will have a dedicated client relationship manager to assist you with your administration, allowing you more time to focus on providing outstanding customer service to your clients.
