Mortgage Advisor

Our clients, a Mortgage brokerage in the Preston area, are looking to recruit a Mortgage Advisor to join their team.
The position will be office-based, writing Mortgage business from leads provided. Our clients are happy to consider a fully qualified Advisor or Trainee Advisor with part CeMAP qualifications
Salary package on offer for the role of Mortgage Advisor
£25,000 Basic OTE £35,000 - £45,000 Leads provided
Tiered Commission scheme Bonus scheme Well being package
Career Growth Free Parking
Working Hours:
Monday Friday 8.45am 5pm (1 late evening until 8pm) 1 in 3 Saturdays working remotely 9am 2pm
Requirements for the role of Mortgage Advisor
Part CeMAP OR Fully Qualified Experience in Customer service / Sales
Ability to close for business
Responsibilities included in the role of Mortgage Advisor
Conducting Mortgage appointments via video or phone call Recommending Mortgage products Writing Mortgage business
