Mortgage Advisor

Our clients are a independant Mortgage Brokerage based in Cheshire and due to recent business growth they are now looking to expand there current team of advisors within the Northwich operation.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans and providing them with expert financial advice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial services and a passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.

Duties:

• Meet with clients to assess their financial situation and determine their mortgage needs


• Provide guidance and advice on various mortgage options and products


• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation


• Collaborate with lenders to negotiate the best terms and rates for clients


• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines


• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in mortgage lending practices

Experience:

• Previous experience in the financial services industry, preferably in mortgage lending or banking


• CEMAP qualification or equivilant is desirable


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills


• Proficient in using mortgage software and other relevant tools
