£25000 - £29000 , inc. car allowance, financial guarantees, pension, DIS, bonus & commission, OTE £50,000 year 1, £70,000 in year 2Remuneration: £25,000 – £29,000 basic, inc. car allowance, financial guarantees, pension, DIS, bonus & commission, OTE £50,000 year 1, £70,000 in year 2Overview:An experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser is required to join a well-known estate agency in South Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in mortgage sales and be CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified.The role will involve providing mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients, working with the estate agency to generate leads and convert them into sales. You will also have access to the company’s existing client base, which you can use to review their existing mortgage and protection needs.Key skills required include:Excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various productsStrong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join a leading estate agency and earn a significant income.Additional NotesThis is a full-time position.Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.A full UK driving licence is essential.A clean credit history and no criminal convictions are also essential.Our client is a leading estate agency and mortgage broker with a reputation for providing excellent customer service.
